The hotel is located right on the beach, providing easy access to the water and stunning views. guests can enjoy various facilities like indoor and outdoor pool, squash, ping-pong, bowling and a playroom for kids. the rooms are modern and clean with nice amenities, and the breakfast is quite good.
The staff could be more friendly and attentive to guests' needs.

It was decidedly a decent base for family. It took 10 minutes to reach Pannon Partszakasz Szabadstrand on foot. Stay there and enjoy your Gárdony trip: D

The hotel lacks in good customer service. Staff was rude, and the menu was not suitable for all.

I had a fantastic time at this venue. The location, right next to the lake, was perfect. It was so nice to be able to enjoy the beautiful view and have easy access to the water. The service was top-notch, with room service, housekeeping, and laundry all provided. Plus, the welcome drink was a lovely touch. The room amenities were great, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. The sitting area and terrace were perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. I also appreciated the free toiletries and the flat-screen TV.
I would highly recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

I loved staying at this hotel! The location is perfect as it's just off the pier and very close to the lake. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities are well-maintained and suitable for both families and adults. The breakfast offered a lot of variety and good quality. Also, the indoor pool and sauna area were very nice and new.
There was nothing I didn't like.

The spa facilities were nice and well designed, although sometimes crowded. the staff was friendly and attentive, providing excellent service. We enjoyed the tasty breakfast and the beautiful view from our room.
The dinner options were limited, and the prices were too high compared to the quality of service. the room service didn't change the towels regularly, and there weren't enough amenities to enjoy a romantic escape as advertised.
